ABOUT NEUROFEEDBACK
Neurofeedback is a sophisticated form of biofeedback which helps the brain function with greater control and stability. It provides you with information about your brain's electrical activity (brain waves). As a result of receiving this information, your brain will learn to re-organize and self-correct. This process leads to positive changes in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Clients typically report a reduction in anxiety and depression, increased ability to focus and concentrate as well as improved sleep patterns.
During a typical session, you will sit in front of a computer. A few tiny sensors will be placed on your scalp, ears, and an earlobe. You will listen to music and watch images on a computer screen. Most clients report that they find their sessions pleasant and relaxing.
